Cessa is operated by Island Gatzby, LLC. By accessing or using Cessa, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Cessa provides access to a self-guided digital wellness tool focused on emotional regulation. Access may require a one-time payment.

2. No Professional Services

Cessa does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. No clinical or professional relationship is created through use of the platform.

3. No Guarantees

Cessa provides tools and educational content. We make no guarantees regarding emotional outcomes, behavioral changes, or results.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Cessa is not responsible for outcomes resulting from use or misuse of the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cessa and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or emotional damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Payments

Access may require a one-time payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. Cessa does not store full payment card information.

7. Refund Policy

All content and materials are owned by Cessa and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
