Terms of Service

Cessa is operated by Island Gatzby, LLC. By accessing or using Cessa, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Overview

Cessa provides access to a self-guided digital wellness tool focused on emotional regulation. Access requires a paid monthly subscription.

2. No Professional Services

Cessa does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. No clinical or professional relationship is created through use of the platform.

3. No Guarantees

Cessa provides tools and educational content. We make no guarantees regarding emotional outcomes, behavioral changes, or results.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Cessa is not responsible for outcomes resulting from use or misuse of the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cessa and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or emotional damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Subscription and Automatic Renewal

Cessa costs $18 for your first month, then $8 per month. Your subscription starts when you complete payment and renews automatically every month, on the same day of the month, until you cancel. Prices include any applicable sales tax. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method, through Stripe, $18 for the first month and $8 each month after that, until you cancel.

All payments are processed through Stripe. Cessa does not store full payment card information.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, yourself, using the “Manage or cancel subscription” link at the bottom of Cessa’s welcome and finish screens. It opens Stripe’s secure billing page, where you can cancel without contacting us. You can also email try.cessa@gmail.com from the email address you subscribed with, and we will cancel your subscription and confirm by email.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until that period ends.

8. Refund Policy

If Cessa isn't right for you, you can request a full refund of your first-month charge ($18) within 7 days of subscribing. Later monthly charges are not refundable, except where required by law. To request a refund, contact try.cessa@gmail.com.

9. Price Changes

We may change the subscription price. If we do, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

10. Access on Your Device

Your access is saved in the browser or app on the device where you unlocked Cessa. If you clear your browser data, switch devices, or add Cessa to your home screen and find yourself locked out, email try.cessa@gmail.com and we will help you restore access.

11. Intellectual Property

All content and materials are owned by Cessa and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

13. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. Changes to the subscription price follow Section 9.
